Not to gross you out, but...you should probably freeze your grains before storing 😅 I freeze flour, oats, rice, wheat berries, dry beans, and pastas for about 72 hours or even longer in their original packaging, let thaw and dry at room temp (also in their packaging) for a few days, and then it's time to store them away!
